Krásná a mohutná kašna uprostřed malého náměstíčka je jedním ze symbolů Kutné Hory. Kvůli narušení pramenů důlní činností musela být voda přiváděna do města ze vzdálených míst. Kamenná kašna sloužila jako rezervoár vzácné pitné vody až do roku 1890.

Visit the Stone House in Kutná Hora, which since the summer season 2010 has been home to a new permanent exhibition of the Czech Museum of Silver. You will see unique collections of stone sculptures – gems of the Gothic monuments of Kutná Hora.

This new and stylish coffeehouse offers visitors a pleasant setting and great service with a late 19th-century ambience. There's a range of good coffees and teas (served by the pot) as well as daily warm and cold specials, French cheeses and local and French wines from the barrel.

In 2004 reconstruction work began to turn this building into a European Art Centre. On the 8th of May 2010 the Jesuit College will officially reopen as the Gallery of Central Bohemia.
