Zákupy Chateau

&nsbp;
When the last crowned Czech King Ferdinand I(V) the Kind was forced to abdicate in 1848, he often stayed in Zákupy which were luxuriously adjusted for his needs. Emperor rooms with original wallpapers, chandeliers, curtains and furniture have their ceilings painted by the well-known Romanticism painter Josef Navrátil. Other attractions include a bear ditch, a personal lift from 1870 and a chateau chapel.
