Lány Chateau

&nsbp;
Although Lány Chateau is not open to the public, it is really significant for Czech people. Since 1920 it has been the summer residence of the president of the country. This tradition was started by the first Czechoslovak president T. G. Masaryk, who really liked this chateau in the middle of Křivoklát woods. You can visit the chateau park at summer weekends and on the anniversary of the birth and death of TGM (that is 7th March and 14th September).
